Birth Doula

One whose main focus is supporting YOU through pregnancy, birth and beyond. Birth doulas strive to help you stand in confidence at your birth while also helping you find your way.​

Birth Doulas are there to provide emotional, educational, physical, and metal support throughout pregnancy, birth and early postpartum. Our goal is the help you to have a positive birth expereince where all involved thrive and not just survive.
